Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Reykjavik, Iceland. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also is a coach and trainer. Annie is the only woman ever to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games on two occasions. In 2010, she finished 2nd. Annie Thorisdottir is a Icelanders CrossFit athlete weightlifter as well as a media star. The first female to win in the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. In addition, she is famous for having won Dubai Fitness Competition in both 2013 and 2017. Annie was born in Iceland, Reykjavik along with her parents and siblings. Since a young age, Annie was a fervent sports enthusiast and was a fan of working out. She won many medals at school events. She participated for the first time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games held in California, where she did extremely well. Annie Thorisdottir will be 31 in 2021. She's 5'7" tall and weighs 67 kilograms. Annie began the CrossFit training in the year 2009, in California. Annie did very well in her initial competitions, placing in the top 10. While she did not take home any titles, she finished with the 11th spot. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. That same year, with Jami's guidance, she took home the silver medal in the CrossFit Games. After one year of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performances brought her the honor of being named. In 2012, Annie was again the winner of in the CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and became the first woman athlete to win twice in CrossFit Games consecutively. Additionally, in 2014, she took home a silver award and in the year 2021 she won a bronze medal in CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a trainer and instructor in Crossfit Reykjavik, which she founded. Annie's rising fame as an athlete has led her to become the model for a variety of sporting brands, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Periodization Nuunhydration Sidekick Yerbae. The self-titled Youtube page is awash with over 1000 users, posting videos of her family, travel and other topics and training-related diets.
