Sharni Vison, an Australian-American actor and dancer was born on 22 July 1983, in Sydney Australia. Sharni Vinson first made an appearance as an actress in 2001 as she appeared in a role on Home and Away, a soap opera based in Australia. In the small role she was in, her acting was such that the director of casting wanted to have her play each of the roles. Although she did try out for the role, she was not chosen. She was instead cast in the series in the role of Cassie Turner. She is a troubled girl who lives within foster homes. Her role was so much liked by fans as well as reviewers on the program.
